Terms of Service

Service

BookedLocal AI provides AI-assisted appointment-setting operations for local service businesses. The Founding Pilot is a 14-day sprint for one service category and one territory.

Payment

The Founding Pilot price is $750 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is processed through Stripe or another approved invoicing method.

No Guarantee of Revenue

BookedLocal AI does not guarantee revenue, closed jobs, rankings, ad performance, or a specific number of customers. If no qualified conversations are produced during the pilot window, the next campaign sprint is free.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate intake information, approved service areas, job criteria, claims, exclusions, and call-back availability. Customers are responsible for promptly handling qualified handoffs.

Compliance

Outbound campaigns require customer approval of recipient lists, copy, claims, and sending rules. We do not send SMS, robocalls, or consumer marketing without appropriate consent and approval.

Confidentiality and Data

Each customer workspace is kept separate. Customer-provided lead lists, intake answers, campaign reports, and handoff notes should not be shared outside service delivery except as required by law or approved vendors.

Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability should be limited to amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Final language requires legal review.
